We are excited to announce that you can now give employees the opportunity to score each of their core values and results criteria within their self check-in!

We did this by enhancing the graph question within our custom form builder. 

Simply toggle over to “score each criteria” and decide if you want to include required comments on the top three highest and lowest scores. Then check out the preview!
